I am usually brought in for one of two reasons: a content operation is producing the wrong things, or it is producing the right things in a way that cannot survive a regulator, an audit or a doubling in volume. Both are systems problems wearing an editorial costume.
Operators, affiliates and publishers in regulated verticals — gambling first, but the method is not gambling-specific. It applies anywhere publishing carries legal consequence: finance, health, firearms, anything with a jurisdictional map.
Head of Content · permanent, remote on GMT+3
Owning the standard, the team and the publishing system. This is what I do at casinos.org today: five market silos, 480+ reviews, and compliance from Ontario advertising rules to state-level geo-licensing enforced automatically rather than by memory.
One to three months · in the building
Market launches, platform migrations, post-acquisition integration and compliance remediation. Work with a defined end. I travel for these; Malta, Gibraltar and London are the usual addresses.
Fixed scope · remote
A governed content pipeline, an editorial standard your team will actually follow, or a compliance audit that runs against the live site on a schedule instead of living in a spreadsheet. Built, documented, handed over.
Head of Content · 2024 – present
Content lead across five regulated markets. I rewrote the crypto, sweepstakes and payments silos personally and set the review standard the rest of the site is held to.
Founder & Publisher · 2019 – present
My own firearms buying-guide and commerce business, and the commercial proof that the method pays. I engineered the live price-comparison engine, the product catalogue with affiliate feed integration and the fallback pricing cascade that monetises every guide on the site.
Founder · 2025 – present
A reference implementation rather than a traffic story: a compliant iGaming affiliate site built entirely with AI content pipelines. State-level geo-gating with fail-safe defaults, jurisdiction-accurate sweepstakes legality, FTC disclosure and operator marketing-guideline compliance, all verified by an automated audit that runs against the live site.
It is new and its search footprint is small. That is the point — it shows what a content operation built after AI looks like, with no legacy to work around.
Tell me what is broken and roughly when it needs to be fixed. If it is not something I should be doing, I will say so and point you at who should.
